The debate over the presidential results across states in Nigeria has continued to generate mixed reactions, especially with the fact that the candidate of both the Labour Party, Peter Obi, and the People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar are both challenging the result in court after INEC declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the APC as president elect.
In one of the results from the state which Peter Obi won, Accord Party House of Representatives candidate for Ndokwa/Ukwuani, Kenny Okolugbo, while on Arise TV this morning, alleged that Peter Obi won by more than 341,000 votes.
Kenny Okolugbo said it was interesting seeing the daughter of Olowo begging the Labour Party to support her for the election, and, Okowa, as the chairman of the South-South forum, should easily win his state, especially, being the vice president to Atiku, as Akwa Ibom, and Bayelsa all did but Okowa lost woefully by 161,000 votes.
Kenny Okolugbo then went on to say “I stand on the fact that Peter Obi won by more than 341,000 votes in Delta state, a lot of his votes were discovered not to be recalled, some thrown away”.
