Nuru Okanga has claimed that President William Ruto trapped Wycliffe Oparanya by appointing him as the Cabinet Secretary for Cooperatives Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.

According to Okanga, Oparanya had previously opposed the Hustler Fund, claiming he advised Kenyans not to repay the loans they had taken from it.

He further stated that the president knew this thus giving him the responsibility of managing the ministry in charge of the Hustler Fund.

As of August 11, Okanga said the bill had accumulated to KSh 900,000…CONTINUE READING>>
