Governor Nyesom Wike made that statement while speaking on a media chat on Channel Television where he speak on the allegations of using security to rig the just concluded governorship election and other election issues.
According to a statement from governor Nyesom Wike, and I quote, “Why would I need police to rig an election, why would I need the Army? It is only those that have not been able to offer anything dependent on security agencies to help them rig elections. I don’t need it”
