The legendary Italian boss is under contract at the Spanish giants until 2026 after signing an extension earlier this year.

Uncertainty had surrounded his future at Real prior to his renewal, after Brazil appeared to be interested in securing his signature.

Speaking recently in an interview, the 65-year-old did not totally rule out coaching a national team one day, but did say Real will most likely be the last club he works for.

“I think this will be my last club,” he told theObi Onepodcast, according toESPN.

“If there is an opportunity for a national team, I don’t know. I’m not so excited at coaching a national team because I would lose what I like most, the day-to-day. I really enjoy what I’m doing.

“This is my season number 29 as a coach. It’s true that I have won a lot, but imagine the number of titles I lost.”

Ancelotti is currently in his second spell with the 15-time European champions, after previously being in charge of Los Blancos between 2013 and 2015.
