She explains that she got married again after her first husband passed away. When her new husband introduced her to his parents, everyone in the village was shocked that he had actually married.
Pauline recounts that shortly after she settled in, a woman warned her that her husband was involved in drugs and had a bad reputation. However, since she loved him, she didn’t pay attention to the warning.
She claims that her husband became violent after she had their first child together. He stabbed her with a kitchen knife and told her to keep quiet.
On one fateful day, Pauline ran away from home. Her husband went looking for her and begged her to return, not knowing he was planning to take her life.
She thought they were heading home, but he diverted the car. When she asked where they were going, he told her to wait and see. Pauline says her husband took her to a forest, forced her to undress, raped her, and inserted a bottle into her private area.
She reported the matter to the police, and her husband was arrested. Pauline is now recovering, although she has been bleeding a lot since the incident.
