Muima met his girlfriend when he moved to Congo for university studies and rented a house near Teresa’s. They interacted daily, and one day, Teresa brought food to Muima’s house, noticing he had nothing to eat. Before leaving, she asked for a kiss, which Muima gave.
Their closeness grew, and they eventually became lovers. Teresa informed her eight children about her intention to marry Muima, though some disagreed. Regardless, she remains determined to marry him and looks forward to wearing a white gown on their wedding day.
Despite objections from friends and family, Muima refuses to end the relationship because of his deep love for Teresa. He prays she outlives him, as he cannot imagine life without her and would even consider suicide if she were to pass away first.
