In long X platform statement he shared with his followers on Wednesday September 4, Morara noted that he has been bogged by so many calls for assistance and in a day he receives more than 600 phone calls from Kenyans and whistle blowers looking for him, and, due to that, he can only manage the current situation by relinquishing his business to a willing buyer so that to focus on the new national role.

He has, therefore, plans to open a own-compound office where his political activities will be carrying on including but not limited to receiving and serving guests, well-wishers and supporters.

“Therefore, I am in need of an office which shall also serve as the headquarters of the GenZote Revolution. This office should be an own compound home in a very secure neighborhood with alternative entrances and alternative exits.

“At this office, we will do research. Planning. Messaging and neetings. I will also host guests including but not limited to whistle blowers who need a safe space to share corruption documents, I will meet comrades in the struggle, I will meet ambassadors of friendly nations and any other guest by appointment and prior vetting. My strategy to own this office is simple,” he shared the good news to his supporters.

The activist will be selling his furniture business at the cost of sh 40 million to any willing buyer who will take over and rename the entire business to something else.

“The buyer to understand that the furniture sector in Kenya is majorly an informal sector and therefore some white collar systems and structures may be missing and need to be developed,” added Morara.

Though the tweet has since been deleted, he had urged the willing buyer to retain all of his staff for a period of three months when they can be vetted and retained on merit, going toward.

With his heightened civic responsibiliity, the lawyer explained that it’s increasingly becoming stressful running a furniture business which needs his personal attention.
