The former governor of Lagos State was received at the entrance by his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima, the National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu, and other top officials.
Thousands of supporters were also present at the secretariat to welcome the presidential candidate.
The presidential candidate had a closed-door meeting with members of the National Working Committee of the party shortly after he arrived at the secretariat.
It was earlier reported that the party chairman sent staff working at the secretariat on compulsory leave and police officers took over the building ahead of Tinubu’s visit.
The official campaign for the 2023 presidential election will begin in the next few weeks, while the election will be held on February 25, 2022.
