It is believed that Manchester United want a new centre-forward and have now been linked with a transfer move for experienced Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane.
The 29-year-old England International, who gained promotion to the Tottenham Hotspur back in 2011 has been an important member of the first-team squad over the previous seasons.
The experienced centre-forward has been hugely influential for Tottenham Hotspur so far this 2022/2023 season, scoring 20 goals and providing four assists in 36 appearances in all competitions.
His excellent performances in front of goal is believed to have caught the attention of Manchester United and according to reports from Daily Mail, the Red Devils are keen on signing him.
The reports further claimed that Manchester United are really interested in Harry Kane and have now added the experienced striker to their transfer shortlist for the summer.
It is believed that Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag wants to add more firepower to his goalscoring options and he has identified Harry Kane as a needed addition to his squad.
And with Harry Kane’s contract expiring in 2024, it remains to be seen if Tottenham Hotspur will choose to cash in on him next summer or risk losing him on a free transfer next year.
