Players are out to represent their various countries for the international break and the fans are waiting patiently for club football to resume.
Before the international break, many teams in Europe are currently drawing up plans on how to stretch their squad ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window.
Manchester United is no exception, as their bid to sign a world-class forward ahead of the 2023/24 season. The Red Devils’ hierarchies were able to splash huge cash in strengthening the club’s defense, midfield, and wing, but they are yet to invest in the center forward position.
Sources close to the club revealed that Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen are their priority targets, but the latter is seen as a long-term acquisition.
Victor has been outstanding this season for Inter Milan having scored 25 goals in all competitions for the Serie A giants.
He’s also guiding the team to their first Serie A title in 30 years. Although Harry Kane is a more proven striker than the Nigerian net burster, the fans will be happier to have Victor on the team than Harry because of the age difference.
