Kalonzo who declared himself the official opposition leader of the Azimio after Raila Odinga made the decision to join the Kenya Kwanza team was accompanied by leaders from the Mt Kenya region who also promised to support the Gen Zs.
“Youths keep pushing knowing that we are around. We will ensure there is a strong opposition.” Kalonzo said as other leaders also openly declared their support to the Gen Zs ahead of the protests
