Unfortunately, Nunez Darwin was awarded a red card in his first Premier League game at Anfield, which compounded the Reds’ woes. Jurgen Klopp’s side sits in the twelfth position with two (2) points on the Premier League table.

Wilfried Zaha is the first Crystal Palace player to score in two (2) different Premier League matches versus Liverpool at Anfield. It would be called that the Ivorian scored against the Reds in May 2015, in which the game ended by 3-1 in favour of Crystal Palace.

Liverpool headed into half-time behind for the second game in a row this season as the first half ended with a 1-0 goal in favour of Crystal Palace.

Unfortunately, Crystal Palace did not have a single touch inside the Liverpool FC box in the opening twenty-five (25) minutes, the Reds made twenty-two inside the Crystal Palace area.

Patrick Vieira’s side scored via counter-attack, as the goalkeeper played the ball to Eberechi Eze who then pass to Wilfred Zaha who put the ball into Liverpool FC’s net.

The last time Wilfried Zaha scored a Premier League goal at Anfield, Crystal Palace beat Liverpool FC by 3-1 goals. This is the second time the Ivorian will score at Anfield and that the Reds fail to defeat Crystal Palace.
