Lawyer Donald Kipkorir Advice To Ruto

Lawyer Kipkorir has joined Kenyans in calling on Ruto to end Adani deal. He has Witten an open latter to the president as things intensifies on Adani deal.

“Open X to President William Ruto:Your Excellency, ADANI-JKIA Deal stinks to the High Heavens if not the lowest depths of hell! From the documents available in public, the entire deal was structured to steal money from the public & to enrich the Transaction Advisors & the Brokers!

One can’t do a Contract that benefits only One Party. A Public Contract ought to benefit the Public more than it benefits the Private Party. At worst, there should be Terms & Benefits Parity.” Posted Kipkorir.

“However, this Deal is such that it is only ADANI that benefits in bad times & in good times, and benefit even more where the Deal is terminated.

The Deal was made in Hell! Lead the Country in walking away from the deal & get other many conscientious Investors to replace. Adani will not win any suit against Kenya. Let the chips fall where they may! Let the heavens fall!” Added Kipkorir….CLICK HERE FOR MORE ARTICLE>>>
