The reason why I think that it will be better for Mateo Kovacic to leave Chelsea at the end of the season is due to the fact that; he (Kovacic) might not have enough game time at the club next season.
Chelsea signed Enzo Fernandez from Portuguese club Benfica for a British record fee of £120 Million, and I don’t think that Chelsea is ready to bench him for anyone just yet.
N’golo Kante will most likely be paired in Midfield alongside Enzo Fernandez next season, and Manager Graham Potter seems to be a great fan of Connor Gallagher so I think that Kovacic should leave the club.
