What Kenyans said about M-Pesa system maintenance The process that happened between Sunday, August 11, and Monday, August 12, from 11pm to 4am caught the attention of many customers, who shared mixed reactions. Some reminded Safaricom to increase their internet speed and enhance services, while others criticised the move.

Safaricom postpones system maintenance This came after the telco postponed planned system maintenance in July 2024. Safaricom told TUKO.co.ke that the new date for the maintenance exercise would be communicated to customers.
