Sources within the defence hierarchy explain that crucial decisions encountered a stumbling block, which ultimately led to the disintegration of military roles.
As pressure mounted upon the announcement of Duale’s dismissal, jubilation erupted at the barracks.
Sources also suggest that the outgoing Defence Minister was responsible for major mistakes that caused the country to regress.
