According to Catherine, she came from a humble background, and after secondary school, she went to a different location where she worked to help her mother pay her younger brother’s school fees.
She claims that after her firstborn brother lost his job, she looked for a job for him, and she was given a number to call the following day to know if they had found a space for him.
Catherine says that when she saved the phone number, she made a mistake with one number, and another person picked up the phone. She asked about the job, and the man informed her it was the wrong number, but they could be friends.
The man kept calling her continuously for a month, and he asked if they could meet, and she accepted. On the first date, he told her that he was looking for a girl to marry because he had separated from his wife for over eight years due to marriage differences.
Catherine says that after three months, she informed her parents that she was going to get married to a 42-year-old man, and they had no problem with that. She moved in with him and became his wife.
They are now a happy couple with 2 kids, and she says that she has a good relationship with the other kids of the first wife, and they even stay with her most of the time.
