My husband is a graduate. He has been moving from one place to another for a job, but nothing has worked out. Our suffering was so bad that I started selling pure water, and at the end of the day, I was given 200 naira. One day, my husband’s security man told him that he was quitting his job to join a yahoo.
My husband came back and was thinking about it. I told him to go with the security man. He was still struggling, so they took my husband to Baba, who would help him start picking money. According to my husband, Baba told him to use me for his ritual, saying that I’m the only bright person that can give him extraordinary wealth.
When my husband finished telling me this, I was scared. I asked him what he thought. He said he didn’t know what to say about it, except that he was tired of being poor. My husband started crying, saying, “I am ashamed of not being able to take care of you as my wife. I can’t buy you what other women have. I can’t give our children good food.”
Feeling bad, I agreed to be used for the ritual because he had good intentions of making me enjoy life. Four months later, my husband changed a lot and became prosperous. My children started going to school. This is where my problem started.
My husband has been sleeping around with different ladies, buying houses and cars for them. Sometimes my kids and I won’t even see him for two months. Yesterday evening, when he came back, I checked his phone without him knowing. I saw WhatsApp messages revealing that my husband has four wives.
To cut it short, it happened that my husband moves from state to state two times a year. When he gets there, he disguises himself as a simple man looking for innocent ladies to marry. He tells the ladies that he needs to sacrifice his wife to take care of his family. He said that his wife is the one he needs to sacrifice because they already had their ritual.
