The President dismissed all cabinet ministers and promised to form a new government that he said would be “broad-based”.

Prime CS and CS for Foreign Affairs, however, remained.

“Counties will have a go-slow in delivery of its development projects if the Ministerial departments are delayed, let the president be quick to appoint new ministers for maximum delivery,” noted Mutula.

Mutula spoke during a development tour in Kibwezi where he launched three major water projects in Kikumbulyu North that are set to benefit 100,000 residents.

The water projects commissioned were at Kathyaka, Athi-Kilema-Tunguni and Kiaoni water kiosks.

“The time you were using to find water will now be well spent in constructive jobs, in that our economy will grow,” Mutula told Kikumbulyu residents.
