Speaking during the meeting, the seemingly agitated governor warned the two warring factions inside UDA party, asking them to give Kenyans a break.
While making a direct reference to Ruto’s team led by MPs Kimani Ichungwa and Ndindi Nyoro, Cecily warned them, saying they should work for Kenyans and avoid politicking for 2032.
She said 2032 is still far and that they should concentrate in helping Ruto achieve his promises to Kenyans. She warned that it is not only men who are entitled to campaign for presidency, adding that they will also throw in their candidature as women once they arrive in 2032.
“I want to say this on a light note, 2032 is very far and the most important is to make sure that our leader William Ruto gets a second term. He will get this only if we deliver. Once he gets that second term, Ndindi Nyoro, Kimani Ichungwa, Aaron Cheruiyot and anyone who wants to climb up tubambane hiyo wakati.
