Your Phone being tracked by some people you don’t know about means some guys out there is invading your privacy without your prior permission. Nevertheless, maybe your parents or your partner who feels some insecurities around you would love to keep an eye on you and maybe probably save you from troubles.
But the are all the same, no one wants to his or her privacy to be invaded. Without wasting much time, let me tell you ways your phones can be tracked and how you can prevent it.

Through Wi-Fi Connection
Your phone can be hacked and being traced and all single data and information will be very much accessible by the tracker. Your phone can be tracked via Wi-Fi, especially if you’re used in connecting to public Wi-Fi networks.

Cell carriers can track your phone’s location by identifying the towers you’re connected to and measuring the time delay that a signal takes to make a round trip between the towers and your phone. Someone can monitor your phone at the network level. This could be hacker who managed to infiltrate the network. Network levels is very difficult if possible cannot be detected.
Pop Ups
Your phone can be tracked via pop ups you get in your phone. If you click on the pop up, your phone is instantly gained access to and monitor your keystrokes and screen. So Don’t open every pop up you get in your phone without knowing the source. Most of those pop ups that shows either on your notification bar or on your screen are from most websites you visited before and allowed them gain access to send you notifications.
The best thing to prevent this, is for you not to allow any website to send you notifications and don’t sign up to websites newsletters with your email or phone number. Even most legitimate companies spam, talk less of unknown websites that can probably sell off your data you have with them. Be extremely careful with your information online.
