The best option for Barca’s financial situation right now will be signings like Dembele, Dybala, Pogba, Kessie and Christensen. With a 200 million budget we only need to spend 50 million for defensive players like Azpiliqueta, Alonso and Kounde. Barca can get Kounde in a Swap Deal for Dest plus +-30 million. Azpiliqueta for +-5 million and Alonso for +-10 million.
Peña and Collado must return from loan and should be used as backup players in the 1st team. The club must send Puig and Mingueza on loan to reach their full potential.
