Foods and your regular habits are one of the most important among this. This is why you should be conscious about the foods you eat in order to promote better health at old age.

But over the years, a lot of people have seemed to believe that some of these healthy foods are hard to find, well they are in your everyday diets.

In this article, I am going to be talking about everyday foods you should eat more at old age to stay healthy.

1. Beans and Vegetables

Beans well nourished with vegetables are one of the best types of foods to eat. This is because both beans and vegetables are two of the major foods recommended for old age. Beans is rich in protein, vitamins and important minerals which play an impressive role in promoting better health at old age.

Vegetables on the other hand are low in calories and also provide the body with Antioxidants, vitamins and lot of minerals. They are also one to the best foods for old age. All you have to be mindful about is how you prepare the vegetables so as not to overcook it.

2. Fatty fishes

A diet that is rich in fatty fishes are one of the best foods to eat at old age. This is because they are high in protein and Omega 3 fatty acids which are one of the best nutrients for heart and brain health. Studies also show that high level of fatty fishes help in preventing heart diseases and reduce high blood pressure.

3. Nuts

Nuts are also known for their benefits to the body. This is mainly because they are rich in vitamins, healthy oil and Antioxidants. Nuts are part of our daily diet because they can be found on a regular basis.

4. Fruits
