In a candid interview on Radio Maisha, Omondi categorised public figures into three distinct groups: politicians, leaders, and freedom fighters.

During the interview, Omondi elaborated on what he believes defines a true leader, citing former U.S. President Barack Obama and Kenya’s late President Mwai Kibaki as examples.

He praised both men for their leadership qualities and compared them to the current situation in Kenya.

However, Omondi argued that Kenya lacks true leadership today.

He specifically doubted Raila Odinga’s abilities, describing him not as a leader, but as a freedom fighter.

Additionally, he labelled President William Ruto as merely a politician rather than a leader.

“Barack Obama is a leader. Kibaki was a leader. It is a very thin line between a politician and a leader. Currently, there is no leader in Kenya. Raila Amollo Odinga is a freedom fighter. William Ruto is a politician,” Omondi stated…CONTINUE READING>>
