England, Argentina And Portugal’s All-Time Men’s Leading Scorers

England, Argentina and Portugal are favourites to win the upcoming FIFA world cup. Wayne Rooney is currently the English player with the most goals in England’s national team. Harry Kane who is currently ranked second in the list, needs three goals to equal Rooney’s record.
