What is it that we are drinking, exactly? To counteract the negative effects of ageing on the body, drinking nutritious beverages is essential.

A nutritious diet is essential, but drinking healthy beverages is just as important. Some common examples of such wholesome drinks are as follows:

1. Coffee.
