Its alleged that, on the 11th July2024 at about 1700hrs the mother of the victim identified as Nagawa jackline aged 24 years old muganda by tribe bar attendant and resident of Bulo trading centre, Bulo Sub county in Butambala district, left the victim in the bar and went to Bulo trading centre.
On coming back after a while she found the victim missing and she checked around being a neighbor with Bulo police station she heard her daughter crying from Bulo police premises and in PC Odokonyero Richard’s room in particular.
When she entered inside found the suspect pushing back his *** in the pant. She carried the victim, moved to counter and reported the case. No. 52572 PC Odokonyero Richard police officer attached to Bulo police station in Butambala District.
According to Police, a Case file of Aggravated defilement was entered at Bulo police station vide SD REF 11/11/07/2024 and KBB CRB 300/2024 respectively and then victim was refered for medical examination.
Its also said that the accused police officer drinks from the bar where the mother of the victim works and this made the accused have close relationship with victim
Police observed that the relationship the accused had with victim is what made her leave the bar in absence of her mother and followed the suspect upto his room and ahe accused who was looking drunk at the time of the allegations.
