1. Laziness

Intimacy is similar to working exercise. It requires effort, planning, and initiative. Both partners should do everything possible to make this happen. Don’t stop initiating intimacy just because you’re exhausted or afraid of getting rejected.

2. Complacency

After a few years, intimacy can become predictable. It’s easy to get into a rut of repeating the same thing over and over again. S£x can put pressure on women since they feel obligated to hit all the expected points rather than connecting and exploring together. Change things up a bit. Change the order and try different positions.

3. Not Taking Care of Your Body

This is about more than just exercising and eating well, which can have a significant impact on a married s£x life. You and your spouse, on the other hand, should see a doctor at least once a year to keep track of your stress levels and your overall health.

4. Lack of Communication

Emotional connection is the foundation of great intimacy, especially for women. Marriage turns to something else when husbands and wives stop communicating. One of the first things to suffer from a lack of communication in a marriage is your intimate life. Never stop communication. Share your feelings, concerns, and pains with your significant other. You should talk about your relationship a lot. Discuss your intimate life, your preferences, and what gets you on. During intimacy, you can also talk.

5. Lack of Sleep

The only time you can have enough time for yourself is when your kids have gone to bed. However, a lack of sleep can lead to depression and anxiety. It can also affect your libido. Make sure you and your partner get enough rest.

6. Negative Thinking and Speaking

Thinking and speaking poorly about yourself or your partner will only worsen the situation. Concerning physical beauty and attractiveness, be gentle to her and yourself. People are less excited about having sex when they don’t feel good about themselves. Make it a habit to think and speak positively.

7. Sharing a Bed with the Children

In my opinion, it’s good to have a youngster sleep in your room. If a youngster has a nightmare or is terrified by a thunderstorm, it’s good to reassure him or her. Your bedroom should be set off for you and your partner. You can give your kids the rooms next to yours.

8. Pornography.

I’m sure someone would say that watching porn together as a couple can improve a marriage’s intimate life. That has already been addressed. Some have even suggested that pornography helps marriages, but there is no evidence to back this up. What the evidence shows is that pornography destroys thousands of marriages and lives. If you’re a victim of this habit, try to do everything you can to seek assistance and stop it.
