Milan came into the game having failed to win any of their last four matches, making this their fifth.

It is clear that the defending champions are off track in the quest for a second consecutive Serie A title and are now 12 points behind league leaders Napoli, who show no signs of slowing down.

Lazio scored an early goal through Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, with Zaccagni providing the assist in the 4th minute.

Tomori got injured in the 24th minute and was replaced by Kjaer.

Zaccagni got rewarded for his hard work in the 38th minute as he scored this time.

The first half ended 2-0 in favor of Lazio.

Milan made multiple substitutions in the 59th minute of the game to try and turn things around.

Origi, De Ketelaere, and Saelemaekers replaced Giroud, Diaz, and Messias, respectively.

Lazio was awarded a penalty in the 67th minute after Kalulu was adjudged to have fouled Pedro.

Lazio made three after Luis Alberto converted the spot kick.

Lazio scored again! This is unbelievable! In the 75th minute, they score through Anderson, with Luis Alberto providing the assist.

The match ended 4-0 nil in favor of Lazio! This is a humiliating loss to the defending champions; it is clear they are not up for the title challenge this year!
