We might worry about our parents not having anyone to take care of them, and we might worry about our kids’ education. There’s also this thing that happens: As we get older, we have less intimacy with our spouses.
When two people are dating, they might hug and kiss all the time, tell each other their secrets, and even sleep together. But after they get married, those actions become less and less frequent. When intimacy fades, the relationship becomes more like family.
But you’ll find that love is different from other emotions. Two people need to be intimate with each other, or it doesn’t feel like love.
