I have always questioned the phrase “too tight” when it comes to intercourse. Experiencing discomfort or pain during penetration might make you think your VJ is too small or tight. Is this true, definitely not.

With rare exceptions, almost no VJ is too tight for Intercourse. However, a little preparation is required.

The VJ is three to four inches deep in its natural state. For some toys, that may not be long enough. However, when aroused, the VJ lengthens and widens also releasing a natural lubricant. If you’re having pain or discomfort, it could be because you weren’t sufficiently aroused, or could be caused by some health conditions. But, not because you’re too tight. Furthermore, pain during penetration could indicate an infection, an injury, or a congenital anomaly.

2. Too Loose.

You’ve probably heard rumors about VJs being too tight or expanding too much, but this is just not true. A woman’s private area changes dramatically over the course of a lifetime, and giving birth is one of the most major events that can alter its natural tightness. However, It’s crucial to understand that your VJ will always revert to its pre-delivery state. It may feel different. That’s to be expected but, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s not as tight as it once was.

If you’ve recently given birth, you can try inculcating Kegel exercises into your routine to help rebuild muscular strength and tone up your pelvic floor. Although a more toned pelvic floor won’t change the structure of your below area, it can help you gain more control over it and enjoy love making. (It can also help with bladder control, which prevents pee leaks, a typical problem associated with childbirth.

The key to strengthening your pelvic floor muscles is to do kegel exercises. There are no 2 ways about it. However, there are a variety of exercises available, but the most basic is still highly effective.

Take Home

There is no such thing as a VJ that’s too tight or too loose. Remember that foreplay and proper arousal enhance blood flow to the pelvic region, which aids penetration by relaxing your down muscles. If you’re still not persuaded that your VJ is normal, there’s no better way to see immediate and long-term results, than giving Kegels a shot.
