Kuria who was onCitizen Tvshow on Monday August 12, said he is the one who came up with the idea to form a new-look government and which he floated to President William Ruto.

He said this idea came long before Gen Zs started their demonstrations in their quest for good leadership.

“We talk a lot with the President. For avoidance of doubt, this issue of inviting the opposition to government I can largely claim it to be my idea, way before Gen Z. I could see some trouble ahead, I was discussing with the President, we need to reform our politics,” noted CS Kuria.

He also told his host that he earlier had a discussion with Raila’s elder brother Oburu Odinga on the same matter of Cabinet changes that could come with some individuals losing jobs.

“Somebody sent me a message on my phone offering me a job ati hey niaje mzito kuna job hapa kwa mortuary, unaonaje? Utaichukua? It’s harsh, it’s terrible. There’s a particular media house which has dedicated 10 minutes of their time every morning to trolling me. It is not easy. One of them is a bishop in a media house,”.

Nonetheless, he said, he has a lot on his plate and soon he will be launching his yet to be complete book that will see him globe-trot with speech invitations across the world.

Moses Kuria lost his Cabinet position to Justin Muturi who was moved from the Attorney General office in the recent major changes announced by President William Ruto.

The President incooperated opposition names in the new-look government following his truce with Azimio boss Raila Odinga.
