Paul Skinner, 58, went on a bike trip with his friends. As they walked along a more remote road, they noticed something weird moving in a ditch by the side of the road. They decided to approach to better understand what was going on. When they drew closer, they found a terrified, seemingly abandoned dog clutching a sack in his mouth, attempting to protect it....𝐑̲𝐄̲𝐀̲𝐃̲ 𝐅̲𝐔̲𝐋̲𝐋̲ 𝐀̲𝐑̲𝐓̲𝚰̲𝐂̲𝐋̲𝐄̲ 𝐅̲𝐑̲𝐎̲𝐌̲ 𝐓̲𝐇̲𝐄̲ 𝐒̲𝐎̲𝐔̲𝐑̲𝐂̲𝐄̲
But when they opened the bag, the men were shocked. There were 4 dead puppies in the bag. It seems that the puppies were born on the same day. Terrified by what they had seen, the men immediately called the police. They came to the scene together with the representatives of an animal shelter, who took the dog and named it Carly.
After some investigation, the police concluded that Carly was abandoned in the ditch with her puppies shortly after giving birth. Despite the fact that the owner abandoned them, Carly always stayed with her cubs, however it appears that she failed to remove them from the tightly sealed plastic bag. We can only hope that Carly’s master will be apprehended and punished for this heinous act. He is guilty of unspeakable cruelty. He not only abandoned the mother and puppies, but he also placed them in a knotted plastic bag, denying them any hope of survival. He sentenced them to death.

Unfortunately, these cases of abandonment and cruelty to animals are becoming more frequent. Tougher laws and more drastic punishments are needed for those who commit such acts.We only hope that Carly will find a good family to take care of her as she deserves. She is a heroine, who despite the heat, lacking food or water, decided to protect her puppies until the last moment.
