1. Avram Grant – PPG 2.24

One of the leading candidates was a total surprise. The Israeli coach led Chelsea to a 67-win percentage in the Premier League during his tenure.

Grant’s selection was harshly criticized by Chelsea fans. He led Chelsea in their Champions League final loss to Manchester United.

2. Jose Mourinho – PPG 2.19

If the list were sorted by the number of awards, Jose would have been higher. “The Special One” led Chelsea to victory on two distinct occasions.

He managed 211 games at the Premier League level, achieving a winning rate of 66%. Once Mourinho took over as manager, Chelsea won three Premier League titles and the championship in 2007. He still holds the record as Chelsea’s winningest coach.

3. Antonio Conte – PPG 2.14

Chelsea won the English Premier League in Conte’s first season as manager. He was the head coach for a total of 76 games, with a winning percentage of 67%. However, the Italian manager was fired without warning despite the 2018 FA Cup victory.

4. Carlo Ancelotti – PPG 1.96

While Ancelotti is currently revelling in the glory of his most recent victory with Real Madrid, he previously basked in the glory of his successful tenure with The Blues.

During his two years as manager, the squad won the Premier League in 2010, much like it did under Conte. 5 His winning percentage was 63%.

5. Rafael Benitez – PPG 1.96

A lot of Chelsea fans didn’t like Benitez because he used to manage their rivals, Liverpool. In 2012, he took over for Roberto Di Matteo, who had previously held the role.

Despite his success in leading Chelsea to a third-place finish and the Europa League trophy, he left at the end of the season, making way for Jose Mourinho.
