Following the release of the Headies nominations list for the year 2022, which is taking place in June in the United States of America which have created a lot of controversies. Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe popularly known as Ayra Starr has sent a subtle message to those who said she doesn’t deserve the Headies Award.
After bagging 8 nominations becoming the second most highest nominated after Wizkid who has 9 nominations, and breaking the record of becoming the female artist with the highest Headies nominations, music critics have reacted to it that Ayra Starr doesn’t deserve the nominations and they said she is not supposed to be in the category for the Next Rated Award.
She send a subtle message to those who are belittling her hard work and craft through her tweet on her Twitter page. Some fans have taken to their pages to defend her by saying she dishes out good music and she made a solid project, her first album titled 19 and Dangerous with hit singles like Bloody Samaritan which really made waves in different countries worldwide.
