There was no such arrangement, Otti claimed on Friday’s episode of The Morning Show on Arise Television, adding that Obi is a man of honour.

Otti claimed that Obi would be in Abia to support him before the governorship vote.

I know for a fact that there was no such arrangement, and I know Peter Obi very well; I have known him in depth, and I know that he is an honourable man who would never enter into a fake deal.

“Let’s assume that there was such an arrangement with Okezie Ikpeazu without admitting it. Because you must first deliver yourself in order to deliver someone else, the question to ask is how well he carried out the agreement. In that election, he fell short. In his bid for the Senate, he finished third.

According to the results announced by INEC, Abaribe won, my candidate Chinedu came in second, and Okezie finished a distant third.

So how can he say that he delivered Peter Obi if he was unable to do so himself? The Labour Party and the Obidients in Abia State, which excludes the PDP, produced Mr. Peter Obi. So I’ll just say that it sounds like a man drowning and is crying out. Peter Obi will be in Abia and will campaign for us while carrying all of the burdens associated with his legal issues.
