The pictures making rounds on social media have led to concerns about the state of roads and bad governance.
In the photos, the motorcycle operator, who was transporting gallons of milk to the market, is seen sitting by the roadside in despair after his motorbike rolled on the muddy road, spilling the milk everywhere.
