Last week, Mutati said he did not respond to comedians, in reference to Major Phiri who accused him of being a โflamboyant defectorโ who had been rewarded by President Hakainde Hichilema with a ministerial appointment while he had been left in the cold.
Reacting to Mutatiโs statement, Maj Phiri stated that Mutati was a โperpetual political defectorโ who was in MMD, PF and now UPND.
