Kenya Signs Deal With Adani; Here Are the Details
Ketraco on Friday signed a 95.68 billion deal with Adani Energy Solutions Limited which will see the firm manage the transmission line for 30 years.
This deal will see the development of two transmission lines;400kV (Double-Circuit) Gilgil-Thika-Malaa-Konza Linespanning 208.73 km and the 220kV Rongai-Keringet-Chemosit Line covering 99.98 km.
Adani will also buildnew substations at Gilgil, Thika, and Malaa as well as substantial extensions at Konza.
