They signed Joao Felix on an expensive loan deal. They snatched Mykhaylo Mudryk from Arsenal. Benoit Badiashile, David Datro Fofana, Andrey Santos, Malo Gusto and Noni Madueke are the other Players that arrived at Chelsea in January, bringing the total amount of money spent by the Blues in January to €329million, according to One Football.
The Rest of the Top Leagues in Europe including the German Bundesliga, Italian Serie A, Spanish La Liga and French Ligue 1 spent just €246million this January.
