Darlington was released after meeting his bail conditions on Tuesday.
This was disclosed by human rights lawyer, Deji Adeyanju via his X page.
Adeyanju appreciated those who contributed to the singerโs release and commended the police in the IRT department for their professionalism.

Adeyanju had earlier informed that Darlington was arrested in Lagos last Friday and then transferred to Abuja, where he was detained following a formal complaint filed by Burna Boy.
Burna Boy accused Darlington of defaming and cyberstalking him.
In a viral video, Darlington had asked Burna Boy to explain how he won the Grammy award for his album โTwice As Tallโ, taunting his affiliation with the embattled US rapper Sean โDiddyโ Combsโ who is facing multiple charges for sexual exploitation and human trafficking.
