A Kenyan woman who has been working in Lebanon has claimed that her employer abandoned her at the height of the ongoing skirmishes in Lebanon. In a clip, the seemingly distraught woman fought off tears while saying she was deeply hurt to learn that her boss did not care about her safety as she was not informed about where they were planning to go for refuge.
Esther tearfully said that at the time of theย TikTokย video, she had not gathered the strength to contact her employer as she was coming to terms with the grave betrayal. “I have not called them. I wanted to then I saw your invite to join this TikTok live. I do not even have the strength to even call them,” she said while breaking into tears.
