Brazil started the game on the front foot as they created a couple of good chances in the opening minutes. However, their inability to finish off their chances kept Serbia in the game.

Brazil improved their performance in the second 45 minutes, and they got their reward in the 63rd minute when Richarlison tapped the ball home from close range.

Things got even better for Brazil in the 72nd minute as Richarlison’s incredible acrobatic strike managed to beat Serbia’s goalkeeper.

Richarlison’s strikes were enough to secure all three points for Brazil in their first group-stage game. The talented attacker proves his manager right for starting him ahead of Gabriel Jesus in today’s game.
