Former Borussia Dortmund forward and Norwegian international, Erling Braut Haaland retained his spot in his team’s starting XI following his outstanding performance for the team in their last game and he was able to deliver yet again at the peak.

Erling Haaland who has been enjoying a blistering goal scoring form since his summer arrival at the club across all competitions was yet again on the score sheet as he scored a stunning brace which was the first two goals of the night that inspired his team to the five massive goals to nil victory at full time.

The 22 year old football talent gave his side a double lead as he scored two straight goals in the 7th and 32nd minute to make it two nil before they got their lead extended courtesy of an own-goal from Davit Khocholava in the 39th minute, which made it three goals to nil going into the half time break.

The Cityzen in the second half were more dominating as they stepped up their game with some more physical, tactical and technical displays and as such added more to the scoreline with a goal from Riyad Mahrez via penalty as he put the ball away from the spot to make it four goals to nil in the 55th minute.
