The Red Devils will host Spanish LaLiga side Real Sociedad at Old Trafford, and a win will take their winning streak to five consecutive games.
Despite starting the new season poorly, Erik Ten Hag and his men ventured into the transfer window and grabbed a few quality players, which bolstered the squad and improved their performance.
The likes of Casemiro and Antony were able to join later in the window, after the likes of Malacia, Eriksen, and Martinez who joined earlier in the summer.
However, Manchester United’s new boy, Antony got his first Manchester United goal with a spectacular finish against Arsenal, and that was a good omen that he would succeed at Old Trafford. He was substituted for Ronaldo in the second half, but he could play a huge role against Sociedad.
Ahead of the game against the Spanish LaLiga club, the Old Trafford outfit will be keen on grabbing their first Europa League point, just like the away team.
