Ayu is visiting the state for the first time since he was elected National Chairman of the PDP on the 31st October, 2021 and sworn-in yesterday.
The national Chairman of the PDP is billed to attend an interdenominational thanksgiving service tomorrow after which a grand reception will be held in his honour.
On the entourage of the PDP National Chairman is former Senate President, Senator David Mark, Senator Orker Jev representing Benue North West among others.
It could be recalled that Senator Iyorchia Ayu was elected as the PDP National Chairman at the last PDP National Convention, he was accordingly sworn into to office yesterday marking his journey as PDP National Chairman.
Ayu is expected to receive some big wigs of APC members from Benue to PDP in the coming days.
