He emphasized that having lived in the slums and experienced the daily struggles of ordinary Kenyans, removing one leader would not address the countryโs deep-rooted issues of corruption, incompetence, and lack of accountability throughout the government.
โAs someone who has lived in the slums and worked informal jobs, I understand the challenges that everyday Kenyans face. The call to impeach the Vice President misses the bigger picture. This isnโt just about one leaderโthe real problem is the deep-rooted corruption, incompetence, and lack of accountability across the entire government,โ Octopizzo said.
He added that removing one leader wonโt solve the systemic issues the country faces. According to him, Kenya needs leaders who prioritize serving the people and a government that is genuinely focused on the welfare of its citizens.
โItโs not enough to remove one figure when the whole system is failing. We need a complete overhaul, with leadership focused on service, not self-interest. Both the President and Deputy President should step down. We must demand leaders who uphold integrity, transparency, and real change for all Kenyans. Our country deserves a government that prioritizes its people,โ he added.
