Pep, whose mind is focused on what he wants, moved quickly and lured Haaland to Manchester City as soon as the transfer window opened. Apart from Haaland, Manchester City has also agreed on a fee with Leeds United for the transfer of England midfielder Kalvin Philips.
Philips slotted himself into the England national team as a starting in the Euro 2020. Philips alongside West Ham United’s Declan Rice was at the heart of England’s midfield as they progressed to the finals of the competition. Unfortunately, they lost to Italy on penalties. Philips is tipped to add more quality to Manchester City’s midfield.
Apart from Philips, Manchester City is also interested in strengthening their left-back position and Brighton defender Marc Cucurella is heavily linked with a move to the Blue side of Manchester. Cucurella reportedly liked a post linking him to Manchester City, and that could mean one thing.
