Different players called by their respective national teams have apparently been now in their camps and looking at the fact that some players were rejecting the invitations of their countries, it is saddening because this is belittling African football as a whole.

However, according to Sky Sports News, there is a player, Abdul Fatawu invited by the Ghanaian National Team but who rejected the invitation as he didn’t want to lose his place at his club, Leicester. View pictures in App save up to 80% data.

But, in the recent match of the club, it is unfortunate how this player has been handed three-match ban following a red card booked on him for a serious foul in the match against Coventry City.
