Lauding the new nominee, Kithure Kindiki, MP Ichungโ€™wah advised him to serve diligently and with impartiality so that to help develop democracy within birders.

He also asked Kindiki to make sure he visits the whole nation with an aim of spreading the word of peace and tranquility.

And speaking in the Parliament today Friday, Rarieda Member of Parliament Otiende Amollo advised speaker of the National Assembly Moses Wetangโ€™ula to allow electronic voting so that to expedite the exercise of making sure the new nominee takes office before the courts can interfere.

Otiende who is a former ombudsman, noted that leaving any constitutional gap will give contesting lawyers a chance to overturn everything that has since been achieved since yesterday when the process was was at the climax.

โ€œWe have not left any gap since yesterday, letโ€™s do everything for the record because, as you all know, the entire exercise is being challenged in court,โ€ he advised.
